I came home after work yesterday after getting off a little early due to the bad weather, and I ran a quick 2.5 miles, HIIT and a new Full Body Workout I created! I really liked it and you can do around 2-4 rounds. I hope you try it out and if you do, just let me know!
How To:
- 1 leg deadlift to single arm row
- Chest Press
- Chest Flys
- Bridge Pulses
- 1 Legged Bridge Pulses
- Clamshells and Glute Burners (below)
I completed 15 clamshells (knee to knee and heel to heel)
And then I completed the 3 other exercises for 15 reps
- Balancing Upright Row
